CREDIT CARD ON FILE
To schedule an appointment, a credit card must be on file to ensure protection from late cancellations and no-shows. Your card will not be charged unless you go against agreed upon cancellation and rescheduling policies. Your card on file can be used for fast, easy checkout at the time of your appointment, unless you choose to pay in another form.

LATE POLICY
Life happens, which could sometimes result in you running late for an appointment. Unfortunately, if one client is late it effects my whole schedule for the day. Therefore, I reserve the right to deny service to anybody who arrives 15+ minutes past their scheduled appointment. In this case, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS &
NO SHOWS
You may reschedule or make changes to your appointment at any time up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows enough notice for other guests to fill that time slot. If a cancellation or reschedule is made any time after 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged a 50% fee of services booked.
Same day cancellations + no call-no shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled services- no exceptions.

SERVICE UPCHARGES
All service prices listed in the service menu are starting prices and are subject to change based on the length and density of your hair. Long and/or thick hair is typically subject to an upcharge. If you have any questions or concerns regarding pricing, please mention before your appointment.

ONLINE BOOKING
When booking online, please be honest and thorough about your desired services to ensure the correct amount of time is booked. If there is no availability shown for the services you have selected, please search a different date. You will only be serviced for the amount of time you booked yourself for.
If you have a multiple service appointment scheduled (ex: cut + color) and plan on wanting only one service, you must provide a notice 48+ hours in advance. Failure of notification will result in being charged 100% of all online booked services scheduled.

GRATUITY
If your service is payed for by credit/debit card, Venmo or Zelle I kindly ask that a tip is left in cash.

CHILDREN SAFETY
A salon can be a dangerous place to an unsupervised child. Due to safety considerations and limited space, I ask that children are seated and under your supervision during the entire service. Failure to do so will result in ending and rescheduling your appointment.

COLOR CORRECTIONS/RE-DO'S
Corrective Color clients will be accepted after a consultation is had and a service plan is formulated by me and approved by you. Corrective Color usually requires more than one service/session to achieve desired results.
Redo requests, exchanges and refunds will be under the discretion of my approval and judged by each unique situation. If you are unhappy with your service, please mention before leaving the salon or within 24 hours after your appointment.
